I have used Roy Hodgson Design for two projects that required town planning approval through the Stonnington Council. Both applications were challenging because of their technical nature, my crossover application only succeeding due to Roy’s tenacity. Roy and his team were exceptional. Their design solutions, communication, time frames and CAD documentation were second to none. Roy was also charged with overseeing the contract administration during the building stage – well worth the cost.
