Aged Care Building Design

Roy Hodgson Design have been involved in the building design of residential aged care projects all over Australia. Our portfolio of over 250  aged care projects, includes aged care facilities, retirement villages, nursing homes, hostels and independent living units.

We understand the challenges of aged care accommodation and can assist you to conform to all of the legislative requirements relating to disabled access, barrier free design, certification instrumentation and accreditation. We are specialists in designing our aged care renovations and extensions to incorporate staged construction of the aged care facility.
